ORDER

Mr. Rajnish Raina, Advocate has placed on record the order passed by

the Chief Town Planner, Municipal Corporation Jammu and in view of the said

order, this writ petition has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order so

placed on record, this writ petition has become infructuous and be disposed of

accordingly. However, he may be given liberty to challenge the said order.

Since, the petition has become infructuous, therefore, the same is

dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order if so

advised.
