Having regard to the contents of this application coupled with the

submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, it is allowed. Delay in

filing the appeal is condoned.

On disposal of this application, the Registry has diarized the main

The instant appeal has been filed against the interim award dated

17.03.2020 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Rajouri in file No.

231/MACT titled “Gulshan Kumar vs. Parshotam Singh and ors.”, whereby the

learned Tribunal has granted an interim compensation of Rs. 25,000/- along

with 6% interest in favour of the claimant.

Since the main claim petition is pending adjudication before the

Tribunal, as such, the appellant herein can agitate the same before the Tribunal

by leading evidence. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this appeal and

the same is, accordingly, dismissed.

Interim award, if any, released in favour of the claimant shall be

subject to outcome of the claim petition.

16.07.2018 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Rajouri in file No.

learned Tribunal has granted an interim compensation of Rs. 25,000/- along

with 6% interest in favour of the claimant.

Since the main claim petition is pending adjudication before the

Tribunal, as such, the appellant herein can agitate the same before the Tribunal

by leading evidence. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this appeal and
