Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of S.O. No.

4145(E) dated 10.09.2021, whereby jurisdiction of Debts Recovery Tribunal

(hereinafter referred to as the ‘DRT’), Chandigarh Bench has been extended to

the Union Territory of J&K and Ladakh, the matter is required to be transferred

to DRT, Chandigarh Bench.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the

petitioner, the petition stands transferred to DRT, Chandigarh Bench. Parties to

appear before the Tribunal on 22.12.2021.

Writ records be also sent to DRT, Chandigarh Bench forthwith.

Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of along with connected CM.
