JUDGMENT

The applicant, Sub Inspector Suresh Sharma, who is in custody since

06.09.2019, through the medium of this application seeks his release on bail.

He is alleged to have committed the offences punishable under Section 5(1)

(d) read with Section 5 (2) of J&K Prevention of Corruption, Act Svt. 2006

and Section 4-S of Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2014.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that the po
