The present miscellaneous appeal has been preferred against the

order dated 23.07.2018, passed by the learned Principal District Judge,

Udhampur on an application moved by respondent wife under Section 30 of the

Hindu Marriage Act (hereinafter referred to as <the Act=).

Brief facts of the case are that the appellant herein has filed a

petition under Section 12(1)(C) of the Act against the respondent on the ground

that the marriage of the appellant with the respondent was an outcome of fraud,

misrepresentation and coercion and the appellant was forcibly induced to

consent for marriage besides other grounds.
