Petitioner has initiated the contempt proceedings against the

respondents for non-compliance of interim order dated 02.06.2010 passed

in Civil 2^nd appeal No.16/2010.

Since the main appeal stands dismissed vide order dated

01.03.2016, as such, nothing survives for consideration in this contempt

petition.

In view of the above, proceedings in this contempt petition are

accordingly closed. The petitioner is at liberty to revive the same in case,

cause survives.

Disposed of along with connected application(s).
