1. In this writ petition, the petitioners, inter alia seek a writ of certiorari

quashing Order dated 06.09.2017 issued by respondent No.2 to the extent it

restricts non-prohibition of licensed establishment within Municipal /town

area Committee. Petitioners further seek writ of mandamus commanding the

respondents to extend the non-prohibition clause for licensed establishments

of the petitioners which are falling under the jurisdiction of Local Authority

as per the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in SLP (Civil)
