This revision petition has been filed against the order dated 19.02.2018

(for brevity 8the impugned order9) whereunder, the respondents have been

discharged by the Court of learned 2^nd Additional Sessions Judge, Jammu (for

As there was non-compliance of provisions of Section 196 and Section

196-B Cr. P.C. which provides that no Court shall taken cognizance of offences
