the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 have approached

this Court in Criminal Petition No.5297/2020 and the

absence of learned counsel for the petitioners. It is the

submission of learned counsel for the petitioners that the

petitioners have tried to approach earlier counsel and

they were unable to contact and as such, the present

petition has been filed. When already petition has been

dismissed, the vakalath filed by the earlier counsel

seizes. In that light, learned counsel for the petitioners is

permitted to file an application for recalling the order

dated 05.11.2020 by filing a fresh vakalath in the said

case.

With the above observations, the present petition

stands disposed.
