accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

In the instant petition, petitioner has

prayed for the following reliefs:-

phodi, durasti work and fix the boundaries in

respect of petitioner’s land in Sy.No.12/1

grievance

boundaries in respect of subject land in Sy.No.12/1

measuring

acres

situated

at

Doddabettahalli, Yelahanka Taluk (Addl.) Yelahanka

Hobli, Bengaluru North Taluk.

Respondent No.3- Assistant Director of land

records is hereby directed to examine the grievance of

the petitioner and pass a speaking order or redress

the grievance in respect of Thathkal phodi and durasti

work and assign boundaries in respect of subject land

within a period of four months from the date of receipt

of this order. In the meanwhile, petitioner is hereby

directed to ascertain from the office of the respondent

No.3, if there are any other prescribed procedure and

the same shall be completed within a period of three

weeks from today.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
