ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent

states that the representations subject matter of this petition have

been considered and order passed has been communicated to

the petitioner. She also states that the Tender Notification vide

Annexures-A and B dated 10th March 2018 could not be acted

upon as no response was received pursuant to the tender notice.

In view of the above statement, it is not necessary to

keep the petition pending. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.

However, we make it clear that the legal issues raised in the

petition remain open.
