THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING

IN ‘B’ GROUP THROUGH VIDEO CONFERENCE THIS DAY, THE

COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-

O R D E R

Sri S. Rajashekar, learned counsel for the

petitioners appears in person before the Court and

submits that the challenge in the writ petition was to

the auction notice dated 03.11.2016. Pursuant to the

interim order passed by this Court on 15.12.2016 the

petitioner deposited 30% of the amount due. As such

auction had not taken place. In view of the limited

prayer in the writ petition, the writ petition would not

survive for consideration.

Submission of the learned counsel for the

petitioners is placed on record.

Writ petition is disposed of as having become

infructuous. All contentions of the parties are left open.
