Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this

Court had permitted the petitioner to write the supplementary

II P.U.C. examination in Physics paper. The petitioner has

taken up the examination and has been declared successful.

It is therefore submitted that the writ petition has become

infructuous.

2. Placing the submissions of the learned Counsel for the

petitioner on record, the writ petition stands disposed of as

having become infructuous.

3. The respondents are hereby directed to furnish the

markscard to the petitioner.
