ORDER

In the instant petition petitioner has prayed for the

following relief:

Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus

or any other appropriate writ, directing the

respondent No.4- Thasildar, to consider the

application dated 22.09.2020 made by the

petitioner herein seeking to enter the name

of

the

petitioner

in

the

RTC

records

pertaining to Sy.No.29/P2 (old NO.29/4) to

an

extent

of

2.30

acres,

situated

at

Hampapura Village, Yadiyuru Hobli, Kunigal

Taluk. Copy submitted at Annexure-A, in

pursuance to the mutation entry made in the

name of the petitioner, copy submitted at

Annexure-D.

Grievance of the petitioner is relating to entry of his

name in the RTC records pertaining to Sy.No.29/P2 (Old

No.29/4) to an extent of 2 acres of 2.30 acres, situated at

Hampapura Village, Yadiyuru Hobli, Kunigal Taluk. Such request

of the petitioner is pending consideration with the respondent-

Tahsildar, Kunigal Taluk. Tahsildar, Kunigal Taluka is hereby

directed to take note of the petitioner's grievance r/w the

relevant records and proceed to pass appropriate order in

accordance with law within a period of three months from the

date of receipt of this order.
