Fir was lodged by the second respondent alleging that on

14/03/2019, at around 12.00 pm, when the second respondent

came out of the family court, the advocate of her husband came

to her and picked up a quarrel with the second respondent by

stating that why she is not settling the matter but continuing the

proceedings in G&W No.29/2016 and at that point of time, there

were exchange of words during which it is alleged that her

husband's advocate, his junior, petitioner No.1 and petitioner

No.2 abused her in filthy language and assaulted her, pulled by

holding her hand and pulled her clothes.

The Police during the course of investigation

recorded the further statement of the second respondent and

also the complainant's witnesses. The police after investigation

filed a charge sheet against the petitioners-accused Nos.3 and 4

for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 354B, 504

and 34 of IPC alleging that on 14.03.2019, when the

complainant came out of the Court at that point of time, the

husband's counsel i.e., accused No.1 without any reasons picked

up a quarrel and stated that as to why she is continuing the case

against her husband and asked her to settle the matt
