"I, Sanjay T. Parmaj, S/o. Sanjay Tavanappa Parmaja,

Management and power of Attorney Holder at HSBC Ltd,

No.7, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Bangalore 560001, do

hereby solemnly affirm and state oath as follows:

1. I state that I have been authorized to represent in

the above appeal on behalf of Respondent No.4 and I

am well conversant with the facts of the said case.

2. I state that the said appeal is filed by the appellant

challenging the judgment passed in O.S.6595/2005 by

Hon'ble city civil judge at Bangalore (CCH-43). I further

state that the said appeal was set down on this date for

Final Hearing.

3. I state that the respondent No.4 had filed a Criminal

Complaint

for

depositing

the

forged

title

deeds

pertaining to schedule property. Ashok Nagar Police has

filed charge sheet. Therefore 4th Respondent undertakes

not to proceed against the schedule property for

recovery of outstanding dues against Medha Balaji

subject to appellant withdrawing all the allegation

withdrawing all the allegation specifically made against

Respondent N
