The petitioner, party-in-person, had filed this

writ petition for quashing of Annexure-B by which he

had been advised to take admission in some other

college since the Chairman of the Governing Council

of the respondent No.3-College had instructed the

principal not to admit him for the year 2019-2020 on

account of his alleged misbehavior in the college/

hostel premises.

respondent Nos.2 and 3 has filed a memo which reads

as follows:

petitioner has sought for quashing of letter
