further
proceedings
C.C.No.140/2015 (Crime No.173/2015) pending on the fiel
of JMFC Court at Sindagi against the petitioners for the
offences punishable under sections 143, 147, 148, 109, 114,
323, 324, 504, 506 & 307 R/w section 149 of the IPC, vide
Annexure-A, B & C.
