These writ petitions are filed under Articles 226 and

227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of

Cr.P.C., praying to issue an order in the nature of

mandamus,

directing

the

respondents

to

close

the

rowdysheet opened against them as per Annexure-A, in the

interest of justice and equity.

These petitions coming on for preliminary hearing, this

day, the Court made the following:

These petitions are filed seeking mandamus

directing the respondents to close the rowdysheet

opened against them as per Annexure-A.

passed by Superintendent of Police, Yadgiri, dated :

No.908/ROWDY/D.C.R.B/YA.JI/2018,

wherein

the

Superintendent of Police, Yadgiri, has ordered to close

the

rowdysheet

opened

against

the

petitioners

temporarily and to keep the said file in non movement

register.

In view of the above said order passed by the

Superintendent

of

Police,

Yadgiri,

closing

the

rowdysheet opened against the petitioners, these

petitions does not survive for consideration for issue of

any mandamus to the respondents.

Hence the petitions are dismissed with a liberty to

the petitioners to approach the Court, if advised later,

under the changed circumstances.
