This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.PC

praying to quash the registration FIR No.477/2019 (Crime

No.88/2019) registered by the West Police Station, Raichur

District, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of

IPC in so far as the petitoner and quash the entire proceedigns

pending on the file of the West Police Station, District Raichur.

This petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made

the following:

ORDER

1.

Learned HCGP takes notice for respondent no.1.

2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo

seekign permission to withdraw the petition on the ground

that charge sheet has already been filed. He seeks liberty to

file a fresh petition challenging the charge sheet.

3.

Memo is placed on record. Petition is dismissed as

withdrawn with liberty as sought for.
