Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to allow this

criminal appeal and set aside the judgment of

conviction and order of sentence dated 05.10.2012

passed by II Addl. Sessions Judge, Gulbarga in Spl.

Case No.467/2011, convicting and sentencing the
