ORDER
Dated this the 12th day of March, 2020 This is an application filed under Section
482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C.'). The petitioner is the wife of the deceased in CBCID Crime No.1025/CR/2011 (originally numbered as Crime No.1397/2011 of Angamali Police Station). The 1st respondent is the officer of the Crime Branch who had held investigation in the case. 2nd respondent is the State represented by the Public Prosecutor and respondents 3 to 9 are accused Nos. 8,9,15,19,20,21 and 23 who were already discharged from the case, by order passed by the trial court. S.C.No.983/2017 is the case registered from the aforesaid crime after filing of the final report. The Court of Sessions, North Paravur seized of the final report and it is pending consideration now as SC No.983/2017 before Additional Court of Sessions-II, North Paravur. After ordering discharge of seven accused, who are respondents 3 to 9 in the petition on hand, charge was framed and trial held against the other accused. Trial was also concluded. At that juncture, the petitioner approached this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
(a) to conduct a further investigation in the above CBCID Crime
