The petitioner's father was placed under suspension on 22.12.1992

and a penalty of removal from service was imposed on 10.6.1995. The same

was challenged by the petitioner in OA No.1110/1997 before the Tribunal

which was allowed on 16.3.2000. The respondents challenged the order of

the Tribunal in OP (CAT) No. 27058/2000. An interim order to reinstate the

petitioner's father in service was passed therein on 17.7.2001. The Original

Petition was eventually dismissed as abated on 16.8.2001.

The deemed date of superannuation of the petitioner's father is

31.5.2007. The date of death of the petitioner's father is 9.10.2010 and the

legal heirship certificate was produced on 20.11.2013. The following are the

payment of arrears to the legal heirs of the deceased employee:
