ORDER
Petitioners stand arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 3 arising from Crime No.89 of 2014 of Sooranadu Police Station for offences punishable under sections 341, 294(b), 323, 447 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on an allegation that, on 18.12.2013 at 9.30a.m., petitioners herein trespassed into the courtyard of the defacto complainant's house and wrongfully restrained and attacked the defacto complainant and CW2, who is the second respondent. Crime was registered and after investigation, final report was laid. The matter is now pending as C.C.No.1135 of 2015 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Sasthamcotta.
2. It is now claimed that the dispute with the second respondent and that of the defacto complainant has been settled along with connected crime registered as Crime No.676 of 2016 of Sooranadu Police Station. It was stated by both sides that, C.C.No.1088 of 2016 arising from the above crime was quashed by this Court by order in Crl.M.C.No.4775 of 2018, noting the settlement between the parties.
