ORDER
The petitioner is the accused in S.C.- 653/2015 on the files of the court below. The 3rd respondent is the victim in this case. The 2nd and the 4th respondents are respectively the father and the mother of the 3rd respondent. The offences alleged are the offence under Section 506(i) of IPC and Sections 8 and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the parties and the learned Public Prosecutor that the matter has been settled between the parties. It has been further submitted by the learned counsel for the parties and the learned Public Prosecutor that the 3rd respondent married the petitioner in accordance with their customary rights on 30.5.2016 and thereafter they are residing as husband and wife under one roof. Annexure-B is the certificate issued from the Juma Masjid and Annexure-C is the Certificate of Marriage issued by the Registrar of Marriages, which would show that the petitioner married the 3rd respondent on 30.5.2016.
4. The respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have filed separate affidavits stating that the matter has been settled between the parties and the petitioner married the 3rd respondent on
