This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.

The petitioners herein are the accused in Crime No.1302 of

2018 of the Muvattupuzha Police Station. In the aforesaid case, they

are being proceeded against for having committed offences punishable

under Sections 405, 406, 415, 418, 420, 463, 465, 468, 469 and

120B of the IPC.

A partnership was constituted with the de facto

complainant, the petitioner and two others as partners in the year

2016. It is alleged that the petitioner without the knowledge or

consent of the other partners, fraudulently misappropriated huge

sums of money from the partnership and caused wrongful loss to the

de facto complainant. The cheques issues towards repayment were

also dishonoured. This led to the lodging of a complaint and the

consequent registration of the instant crime.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the

party respondent and the learned Public Prosecutor.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted

that the victim and the offenders have arrived at a compromise and

narrating the said fact, the victim has filed an affidavit before this
