ORDER
Dated this the 19th day of March, 2020 The petition on hand is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') by the petitioner seeking to quash Annexures G and H and all further proceedings initiated thereunder by the Sub Divisional Magistrate Court, Palakkad in M.C.No.154 of 2014.
2. The Sub Divisional Magistrate, Palakkad has issued summons in Form No.14 to the petitioner under Section 113 Cr.P.C directing him to appear before the court at 11 a.m. on 09.07.2014 to show cause why he should not be required to execute a bond for Rs.10,000/-. M.C. No.154/2014 was issued by the Court on 17/06/2014, the true copy of which is available with the petition on hand as Annexure G. The relevant part of it is extracted hereunder for easy reference:-
