When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the

learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, has submitted

that the investigation is almost complete and the Final

Report will be filed shortly. It has been further submitted

by the learned Public Prosecutor that the custodial

interrogation of the petitioners is not necessary as the

petitioners had been already questioned as the petitioners

co-operated with the investigation. The learned Public

Prosecutor has further submitted that the respondent has

no intention to arrest the petitioners. The above

submission of the learned Public Prosecutor stands

recorded and this bail application stands closed.
