ORDER

The Revision Petitioner is the 1st accused in C.C.No.735 of 2001 on the files of Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Parappanangadi. He was prosecuted along with accused Nos. 3 to 6 for the offence punishable under Sections 143,147, 148, 332, 353 and 225 (B) read with 149 I.P.C. After trial, the learned Magistrate found the Revision Petitioner/1st accused guilty of the offences punishable under Sections 225(B), 353, 332 read with 34 IPC and convicted thereunder. He was sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for one month under Section 225(B) read with 34 IPC and to undergo simple imprisonment for 6 months under Section 353 read with 34 IPC and to undergo simple imprisonment for one year for the offence under Section 332 read with 34 IPC. The sentence of imprisonment shall run concurrently and set off is also allowed.

2. The case against A2 is split up and refiled as CC No.

876 of 2010 as he was absconding at the time of trial. Feeling aggrieved , though he had preferred Criminal Appeal no. 273 of 2010, after re-appreciating the entire evidence on record the learned Sessions Judge also confirmed the verdict of guilty, conviction and sentence as such without any interferenc
