ORDER
The Revision Petitioner is the accused in C.C.No.
287 of 2005 on the files of Judicial First class Magistrate's Court, Mannarkad. He has been charge sheeted by the Detective Inspector CBCID, Kozhikode alleging offences punishable under Sections 468, 471, 420 of the Indian Penal Code (for short the 'IPC') and Section 24(1)(g) of the Emigration Act, 1983. The case put forward by the prosecution is that CW1 Muhammed Musthafa, the son of Hamza, contacted the Revision Petitioner on the information that he is arranging labour Visa for Gulf countries and he got the information from one Abdul Nazar, who is a neighbour to him. On that information CW1 together with his father and the above mentioned Abdul Nazar went to the residence of the Revision Petitioner and the Revision Petitioner alleged to have offered Visa for an amount of 1,55,000/- and received Rs.55,000/-. It was Crl.R.P. No. 3322 of 2010 2 further alleged that the rest of the cash will be paid through his brother-in-law namely Mujeeb Rahman who was working in Gulf countries.
