Petitioner has approached this Court seeking directions to

respondents to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1

representation preferred by the petitioner. The petitioner's

mother and father were cremated in a cemetry attached with

the Mar Mari Sleeha Church and the petitioner has preferred the

representation with regard to the action of the 2^nd respondent in

making alterations to the cemetry.

Having heard to the learned Standing Counsel, I am of

the opinion that the application preferred by the petitioner is

liable to be considered in accordance with law. There will be a

direction to the 1^st respondent to consider and pass appropriate

orders on Ext.P1 representation preferred by the petitioner with

notice to the petitioner, 2^nd respondent and any other affecting

parties and to pass orders thereon within two months from the

date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
