J U D G M E N T

Under challenge in this original petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India by the petitioner, who claims to be the lawfully wedded husband of the respondent, are Exts.P3 and P4 orders passed by the Family Court, Ernakulam. Ext.P3 order is passed by the Family Court in IA No.1918/2012 in OP No.156/2010 filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to appear before a Medical Board so that the Board can examine and find out whether the respondent became pregnant. The learned Family Court under Ext.P3 dismissed the application and under Ext.P4 dismissed another application filed by the petitioner himself seeking a review of Ext.P3.

2. The petitioner is the petitioner in OP No.156/2010, wherein he seeks a decree of restitution of OP (FC) No. 4557 of 2012 conjugal rights on the allegation that the respondent is his legally wedded wife and that she has withdrawn from his society without any justifiable reason. OP No.159/2010 is an original petition filed by the respondent, wherein she seeks a declaration that there is no valid marriage between her and the present petitioner and that the marriage claimed by the petition
