JUDGMENT

P.N.Ravindran, J.

This appeal arises from the decree and judgment passed by the Court of the Subordinate Judge of Kottayam on 31.7.2012 in O.S.No.34 of 2011. By the said judgment, the suit instituted by the appellant for realisation of the sum of Rs.16,35,000/- from the respondent was dismissed. The court below also directed that as the plaintiff was later on allowed to sue as an indigent person, the balance court fee of Rs.1,34,280/- shall be realised from him. The District Collector, Kottayam was directed to recover the said amount from him. The court below also directed that for the said purpose a copy of the decree and judgment shall be forwarded to the District Collector, Kottayam. The said judgment is under challenge in this appeal, which was presented in this court on 7.11.2012 as an indigent person. 2. The appellant had along with the memorandum of appeal filed C.M.C.P.No.66 of 2012 for leave to file the appeal as an indigent person. The said application was heard and allowed by order passed on 13.12.2012. The appeal was thereafter admitted and notice ordered to the respondent and the respondent was served. The appellant has now filed a memo dated 26.5.2017 wherein
