O R D E R

It is stated that the petitioner is a senior citizen residing and conducting business at Thodupuzha. It is also averred that the petitioner is the proprietor of a firm and the petitioner was appointed as dealer of the respondents for distribution and installation of their accessories in Solar Project at Thodupuzha. That as per the agreement entered into between the petitioner an the respondents, the petitioner is entitled to get a sum of Rs.2,86,350/- towards commission and installation charges. That the suit, O.S.No.586/2014 on the file of the Principal Munsiff's court, Thiruvananthapuram, was filed for realisation of the said amount. It is further averred that summons was properly served to the defendants, but the defendants have not turned up before the court below and thereafter the court below was constrained to pass an ex parte decree in the said O.S. on 16.10.2014. The petitioner had thereafter set in motion execution petition. It is only thereafter that the respondents filed two interlocutory applications as Ext.P-3 I.A.No.7777/2015 and Ext.P-4 I.A.No.7779/2015 in O.S.No. 586/2014 praying for condonation of delay of 302 days in filing the application to said ex par
