ORDER

Ramachandran Nair, J.

O.P.(RC) No.323 of 2013 is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to issue certified copy of the order passed by the Rent Control Court (Additional Munsiff) Kannur for enabling the petitioner to file a revision petition. An interim order has been passed by this Court as sought for in this O.P. Thereafter a revision petition has been filed as RCR No.61 of 2013 by the petitioner.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner, who is a spinster as well as a handicapped person and working as a Part-time Sweeper, could not appear on the date fixed for trial, allegedly due to medical treatment. The petitioner was set ex parte and an ex parte order was passed on 13.1.2010. I.A.No.359 of 2009 was filed to set aside the ex parte order and after taking evidence the learned Rent Controller rejected the same. The Appellate Authority also concurred with the same. Against these orders, this revision petition is filed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner sought for a fresh opportunity to adduce evidence. But a perusal of the order passed by the Rent Control Court as well as the Appellate Authority will show that the reason stated by the petitioner
