Vinod Chandran, J:
The petitioner is a Company registered under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and having its Head Office at Faridabad, so as to carry out chitty transactions in this State. The petitioner is aggrieved by the so-called obstruction to the business carried out, by respondents 5 to 9 who are said to be defaulted subscribers. The petitioner has produced Exhibit P3, photographs, to show the interference caused to the business concern by the party respondents. A complaint at Exhibit P1 has also been registered, on which no action has been taken is the grievance raised.
2. The learned Government Pleader submits that respondents 5 to 9 were earlier associated with the Company and there is a dispute pending between them and the management of the Company. When a complaint was registered, the parties were summoned and certain registers were directed to be returned.
3. None appears despite service of notice on the respondents 5 to 9.
4. If at all there is any dispute on management, the same has to be agitated before the appropriate forum. There can be no interference caused to the functioning of the Company and if such a complaint is received, necessarily the Sta
