J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, who is the registered owner of an autorickshaw bearing registration No.KL-03/S-199, which was involved in a motor accident, which was the subject matter in O.P.(MV)No.828/2011 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Pathanamthitta, has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus commanding respondents 1 to 3 to permit him to effect payment of the amount demanded in Ext.P1 demand notice dated 8.1.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent, in easy instalments, within a time limit stipulated by this Court. The petitioner has also sought for a writ of mandamus commanding respondents 1 to 3 to stop all actions pursuant to Ext.P1.
