['K T SHYAMKUMAR', '', 'SRI HARISH R MENON', 'SRI A G PRASANTH']

The petitioners are accused Nos. 3, 4, 6 and 8 in

Crime No.114 of 2019 of Chalissery Police Station,

registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143,

147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 326 and 307 IPC.

2.

The petitioners surrendered before the court on

12.06.2019.

3.

Heard.

4.

The learned Public Prosecutor has submitted

that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent. It

appears that the petitioners did not use any weapon to

attack the injured. It further appears that the major part

of the investigation as regards the petitioners is almost

complete. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

case, including the fact that the petitioners are the first

time offenders, I am inclined to grant bail to the

petitioners.

In the result, this application stands allowed and the

petitioners shall be enlarged on bail, on condition of each

of the petitioners executing a bond for Rs. 30,000/-

(Rupees thirty thousand only) each, with two solvent

sureties each, each for the like sum to the satisfaction of

the Jurisdictional Magistrate and subject to the following

further conditions:-

(i) The petitioners shall report before the

Investigating Officer on every Wednesday

between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. for three months

and thereafter, as and when required by the

investigating officer for interrogation.

(ii) The petitioners shall not intimidate or

influence the witnesses or in any way tamper

with the investigation.

(iii) The petitioners shall co-operate with

the investigation.
