JUDGMENT

Petitioner is the de facto complainant in Crime No.967/2011 of Vadakkekkara Police Station wherein the 4th respondent in this petition is arrayed as the accused. She had collected some gold ornaments from the petitioner practicing deception and, later, she committed cheating and misappropriation of such valuable properties, is the case of the complainant leading to the registration of the crime. Nonrecovery of the gold ornaments involved in the case by the investigating agency despite filing a representation before the police officer concerned to take effective steps thereof is the grievance raised in the petition for issue of appropriate orders/directions by this court for an effective investigation with necessary steps taken for seizure of the gold ornaments. Learned Government Pleader submits that after completion of the investigation of the crime, taking into account various facts and circumstances presented and materials gathered, a final report has been filed before the court on 25-10-2011 that further action in the case has been dropped.
