JUDGMENT

Antony Dominic, J.

Petitioner is a member of the Board of Trustees of 'Sradha'

Charitable Trust. Respondents 4 and 5 are also trustees. Parties are having disputes and litigations are also pending. In this writ petition, he alleges that at the instance of the party respondents he has been taken into custody repeatedly by respondents 2 and 3 and that he was severely beaten up and assaulted. It is in this background, he has filed this writ petition complaining of police harassment and to direct respondents 2 and 3 not to harass him by interfering in civil disputes between himself and respondents 4 to 6.

2. Considering the nature of the averments in the writ petition, this court had directed the learned Government Pleader to obtain instructions in the matter. According to the learned Government Pleader, there are several civil disputes between the parties and the police have not interfered in the disputes in any manner. It is also brought to our notice that there are three criminal cases already charge sheeted against the petitioner and that proceedings under 107 of the Cr.P.C. are also pending.
