JUDGMENT
According to the petitioner, petitioner is the present Chairman of the registered public trust functioning in the name and style of V.N.Public Health and Educational Trust, Gandhinagar Post, Tirupur, constituted under the leadership of Dr.Nandagopal late husband of the petitioner. The case projected by the petitioner is that, the 6th respondent in the guise of the Secretary of the Trust has moved application to start a medical college in the name of the trust, which according to the petitioner is an illegal move on the part of the 6th respondent. Thereupon, representations are submitted by the petitioner before various authorities including 5th respondent, ie. The Kerala University of Health and Allied Sciences.
2. I am of the considered opinion that, basically the representation is to be considered by the 5th respondent.
3. Therefore, after having heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader and the learned Counsel for the 5th respondent, there will be a direction to the 5th respondent to finalise Ext.P6 application, in accordance with law, and attain finality, at the earliest and at any rate within a month from the date of receipt of a copy o
