JUDGMENT
The petitioners have approached this Court with the following prayers :
“(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus or other appropriate writ directing the Respondent No. 1 to take up Ext. P7 application and to pass appropriate orders on merits, based on the judicial precedents in the interest of justice within a time limit.
(ii) Grant such other and further reliefs as may be prayed for hereafter and deemed fit and proper by this Honourable Court, in the interest of justice including recovery of full costs incurred for the institution and conduct of this writ petition.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will be satisfied, if a direction is given to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext. P7 application within a reasonable time.
3. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
