JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
“i. To declare that the petitioner is entitled to be awarded all the 5 public contract works mentioned in Ext.P6 tender notification on the basis of Ext.P3 and P5 Government order and Ext.P4 judgment.
ii. To issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ directing the 2nd respondent to award all the 5 contract works mentioned in Ext.P6 notification to the petitioner.
iii. To issue a mandamus or other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 2nd respondent not to award the aforesaid contract work mentioned in Ext.P6 notification to the 3rd ad 5th respondents.
iv. To issue a writ of certiorari or other appropriate writ, direction or order calling for the records leading to action/proceeding taken by the 2nd respondent to award the above contract works mentioned in Ext.P6 and 3rd to 5th respondents and to quash the same.”
2. When the matter came up for consideration before this Court on 17.06.2013, 'urgent notice on admission' was ordered to respondents 3 to 5, simultaneously ordering 'status quo' which was extended subsequently on 03.07.2013. Despite the completion of service of notice, there is no
