JUDGMENT
The petitioners were aggrieved by the change in their employment conditions and had approached the 1st respondent with a representation, which is exhibited as Ext.P10 in the writ petition. The petitioners also moved this Court for a direction for an expeditious consideration of the representation, which was granted as per Ext.P11. Subsequently, going by the averments in the wit petition, the matter was disposed of by a cryptic order, against which, a Contempt of Court Case was filed and numbered as C.C.C.No.1639/2012, as is revealed from Ext.P12. On an interim direction issued in the contempt of court case, the matter was re-examined by the Department of Telecommunications and an order was passed on
29.01.2013, Ext.P12.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that though Ext.P11 directed a hearing to be conducted; Ext.P12 has now been passed without hearing the petitioners or their representatives and the order was passed only to avoid the contempt proceedings initiated by the petitioners.
