J U D G M E N T

The factual aspects projected in the writ petition (civil) are as follows;

“ Petitioner is conducting a quarry in its own land having an extent of 4.7981 hectares in Kuttichira village. Petitioner is conducting the quarry after obtaining all the necessary licenses and permissions from the statutory authorities. About the middle of petitioner's property having an extent of 4.7981 hectares, there is a strip of government puramboke land having an extent of less than 0.005 hectares equivalent to 20 cents. The 4th respondent Village officer had informed the petitioner that the aforesaid strip of government puramboke land is lying inside the petitioner's proprietary land and hence the quarrying operation has to be stopped for identifying the aforesaid land. Pursuant to the said direction petitioner had stopped the quarrying operation in the entire land and had filed an application before the Tahsildar for demarcating the aforesaid puramboke land. This Court as per judgment in W.P.(C) No. 36132/2018 had directed demarcation of the said puramboke land also.
