These cases were not admitted by this Court. But service is complete with reference to W.P.C.No.23935 of 2012 wherein an interim order had been passed by this Court on 11/10/2012. There was a direction to respondents 1 and 2 not to disburse any amount to the 8th respondent out of the retirement benefits due to him for a period of two weeks and the interim order continues as such.
2. These three writ petitions are filed by sureties to Kerala State Financial Enterprises Ltd. (KSFE Ltd) in respect of the amount due to KSFE Ltd for different chitty transactions availed of by Sri.P.P.Chandrasekharan. He was an employee of the 1st respondent Corporation and he superannuated from service. Though there was a direction by this Court in W.P.C.No.6141 of 2009, directing Kerala & Conn.Cases 2 State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) to pay the amounts to the creditors from the retirement benefits, it seems that the retirement benefits were disbursed to the aforesaid Chandrasekharan.
