Case of the petitioner, in brief, is as follows:

Petitioner secured 314th rank in the Entrance Examination conducted by the Admission Supervisory Committee for Professional Colleges. She is entitled for admission under the 35% management quota seats as the 35% of the total 900 seats in the eight colleges under the 3rd respondent is 315. It was considering all the above aspects that Ext.P6 order was issued by the Admission Supervisory Committee for Professional Colleges in which the petitioner's name was included. The management also published Ext.P7 allotment memo on the same day Ext.P6 was issued, i.e. 26.09.2013. It was considering the assurance given in Exts.P6 and P7 that this Honourable Court closed W.P. (C).No.23522 of 2013 filed by the petitioner along with similar WP(C).NO.23906/13K 2 cases by a common Judgment dated 26.09.2013. The last date stipulated in Exts.P6 and P7 for finalizing the admission is 29.09.2013, 7 P.M. Petitioner obtained her T.C. And Bank Guarantee on 28.09.2013 itself.
