In this Transfer Petition, the prayer

is to transfer O.S.No.115/2012 on the files

of the Munsiffs Court, Chengannur to the

Munsiffs Court, Thiruvalla or Mavelikkara or

Ranni.

Court, Chengannur stands transferred to the

disposal, in accordance with law.

In the result, this Transfer Petition

stands allowed.
