JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:-
“(i) To call for the records relating to the Exhibit P1 to P12 and issue necessary directions to the respondents 3 to 4 to renew necessary permissions and licenses to conduct the operation of the crusher unit, Rich Rock parackal, in the joint name of the petitioner and 1st respondent (ii) To issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to renew the respective licenses and permit in favour of the petitioner or in the alternate in the Joint name of the petitioner and 1st respondent to conduct the crusher unit by ignoring the objections filed by the first respondent till the disposal of O.P.47/17 and O.P.325/17 Pending before the family court Adoor.
(iii) To grant such other relief as this hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case (iv) to award the costs of this proceedings to the petitioner.”
