JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to issue a writ directing respondents 1 to 4 to determine compensation of Rs.9,10,55,260/- to the petitioner with future interest at the rate of 15% from 04.07.2016, and for a further direction to respondents 1 to 4 to initiate Land Acquisition Proceedings within such time as directed by the Court. Petitioner and respondent Nos.5 to 7 are now the joint owners of 27.120 cents of property situated in Survey Nos.575/2, 575/6, 595/2, 595/3, 595/18 and 595/19 of Ernakulam Village bounded on all sides by a 60 year old compound wall together with a three storied commercial building therein bearing C.C.No.39/1115. Petitioner secured half undivided share in the property and building as per Ext.P1 settlement deed out of 24.750 cents of property.
